Lockdown Wine #95. Purple and opaque. Attractive nose. Mocha, black fruit, cocoa powder. Soft and ripe on the palate, but not at all jammy. Fig, plum, sweet spice, and chocolate. Nice touch of acidity at the finish. Good to go, even if just pop and pour. Much, much better than the 2014.
Three be the things I shall never attain:
Envy, content, and sufficient champagne.
