Awww, you guys! Today is still a working day, unfortunately, and I've been writing on deadline all morning while fielding thanks for FB b'day wishes. We did enjoy a great dinner the other night, a few days pre-birthday, at one of my favorite restaurants and our first full-bore evening dining-in since vaccination.

What a great menu, Robin, I'm drooling. And at first I thought oh wait a minute it should be spelled with a 'C', but after reading that it's a blend of Latin and Southern cooking, I get it. 'Seviche' is perfect.

Many Happy Returns ! It is exactly 106 years since my father was born, but after smoking 60 cigarettes a day for years he died at 50. Several other family members died (rather older) from lung cancer. Nobody in our immediate family smokes. Enjoy your birthday, I trust with a great wine. Richard L
