- 2002 Bollinger Champagne La Grande Année Rosé - France, Champagne (4/4/2021)
Easter dinner Champagne, and all that one could ask for. It’s showing some maturity, but that’s all good. It’s more winey, a touch brassy, and still showing cherry/berry fruit. What’s best is the complete integration. Nothing sticks out. It paired beautifully with the local, smoked ham that was the centerpiece of the meal.
