Had this with dessert (Pistachio/Candied Ginger Bark) with friends at Pig+Fig Fri night:
1. Markus Moliter Moliter Riesling Mosel/Saar/Ruwer (Pradikatswein; Beerenauslese; A.P.Nr. 2 576 609 35 07; EB; 7.0%) Zeltingen 2005: Deep golden/burnished bronze color; very strong botrytis/peachy/apricotty some R/floral/mango slight earthy quite complex beautiful nose; rather tart quite sweet (15%-20% r.s.?) very strong botrytis/peachy/apricotty/ripe peach some R/floral/mango slight earthy quite complex beautiful BA finish; very long/lingering fairly tart quite sweet very strong botrytis/peachy/apricotty some R/mango/floral complex finish that goes on&on; very good acidity to balance the sweetness; the R fruit still comes thru; beautiful Mosel BA that will easily go another 10 yrs.

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Quite an impressive BA that's starting to show some maturity but will still go out a lot longer. Unlike many Calif BA/TBA's in which the botrytis totally obliterates the fruit, this still had a lot of R fruit showing thru. Beautiful BA.
