A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Megan & Ryan make two Vermentinos, Hers & His. Hers is the direct to crush version. It always has a very fragrant/perfumed Verm character. The His is made by skin-contact in amphorae. It can often be a bit austere/severe when young but typically ages into into a beautiful wine along the lines of a Radikon.
Ryan does a very good job on his ViniMacerati, the His Vermentino and the RibollaGialla, striking a good balance between fruit and VM character.
