Had these for my reds last night:
1. Drew PinotNoir Fog-Eater AndersonVlly (13.6%) 2013: Med.dark color w/ slight bricking; some earthy/dusty some black cherry/PN some toasty/pencilly/Fr.oak fairly mature bit complex nose; lightly tart rather pencilly/bit cedary/oak fairly mature black cherry/PN smooth bit complex flavor w/ light smooth/gentle tannins; fairly long bit earthy light pencilly/toasty/oak some black cherry/PN smooth fairly mature finish w/ light tannins; a fully mature AV PN that's not likely to improve any but not going to die soon, just gonna fade away into the sunset. $40.00

Drew PinotNoir The Fog-Eater AndersonVlly (13.4%) 2019: Med.dark slightly lighter color; much fresher/brighter cherry/AV PN/black cherry lighter toasty/Fr.oak quite attractive/pleasant nose; fairly tart fresh/brisk black cherry/PN/spisy very light pencilly/toasty/oak light earthy pleasant flavor w/ light tangy tannins; very long some black cherry/AV PN/spicy/cherry light pencilly/toasty/oak rather brisk/fresh finish w/ light tannins; a rather pleasant/attractive AV PN but not going to get markedly better. $45.00

1. The Fog-Eater is the basic Drew Pinot, a blend of several of their AndersonVlly vnyds. Both of these were pleasant classic Drew Pinots but nothing that really excited me.
