2016 Idlewild Cortese Fox Hill Vineyard - USA, California, North Coast, Mendocino County (2/20/2021)À point from the first sip, with a rich texture and a lovely mix of yellow fruit and savory tones. As it warms up from cellar temperature there is a saline brightness, and the finish picks up a slightly creamy edge. Wonderful now, I would drink any bottles you might have. Don’t miss this stage for the wine.
