2003 Joh. Jos. Prüm Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Auslese - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (1/24/2021)Decided to give this wine another shot, after a bottle 18 months ago. It’s still not ready. It has a ton of depth, but it’s not revealing much of what it has. The cherry fruit is showing, but not much else. Maybe this time I’ll let the other bottles sit for 5 or 6 years.
