WTN: Solminer Blaufrankisch DeLandaVnyd '19...(short/boring)

Dipped deeper into my recent Solminer shipment last night:
1. Solminer Blaufrankisch DeLandaVnyd/LosOlivosDist (12.1%; 6 brls; U/U) 2019: Med.light color; very strong plummy/BF/bit black cherry rather earthy/loamy/dusty bit rustic nose; some tart very strong BF/plummy/black cherry/bit licorice strong earthy/loamy bit rustic flavor w/ light tangy tannins; very long strong earthy/loamy strong plummy/BF finish w/ modest tannins; a dead-ringer for a Burgenland BF w/ lots of earthy/loamy character; not as high-toned/Pinotish as the StLaurent; a bit pricey for a BF from Austria. $46.00

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Solminer is the wnry of David & Ana DeLaski, specializing in Austrian-style wines. They're not up there w/ the best of Austria yet, but they are all quite Austrian in style & varietally correct.
