2016 Weingut Günther Steinmetz Wintricher Geierslay Riesling "GW" - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (10/11/2020)
Bracing, with a steely, citrus infused profile that is subtly dusted with residual sugar. It shows as just past trocken, but finishes completely dry. Refreshing and food friendly, it was pure pleasure for our light lunch, the zestiness of the wine playing counterpoint to the cured Arctic char.
