2014 Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Wachenheimer Altenburg Riesling - Germany, Pfalz (10/6/2020)I bought a case of this on release. After about 2 years it settled into a groove that it has never left. It's fresh, deep and utterly satisfying. Dry, but not austere, it drinks well on its own, and the tiny amount of RS does no harm in food pairing, no matter what I serve with it. Ridiculous dry Riesling value for around $30 at the time.
