WTN: 2014 Breton Bourgueil Clos Sénéchal

Lots of people age these wines much longer, but last night I opened 2014 Clos Sénéchal and was very glad that I did. It's been a while since I've had Loire cab franc at home, and this was a nice return, bringing back memories of when I used to drink these wines more often. And the memories were all good! Such drinkable dark fruits and fine-grained finesse via the silky crunchy texture. The silky harmony may become even more prominent over the years, but I was happy last night!
