WTN The Enz Justifies the Means

by David M. Bueker » Mon Aug 03, 2020 9:07 pm

2018 Bedrock Wine Co. Heritage Wine Enz Vineyard - USA, California, Central Coast, Lime Kiln Valley (8/3/2020)
Put down the corkscrew. Hands off the bottle. Back away slowly. Don’t even think about opening this. It’s uber-primary and grapey. Not ready for prime time. Three hours barely got it out of diapers. Drink something else for at least 3-5 years.

Thanks, David. Any notes on Bedrock are very helpful for me. Various 2018 wines purchased, half-case of 2019 will arrive in the fall.

Don't know why a double post. Could be user error. Oops?

I should have held it to a half case. Instead I think I bought a half case of every wine. Oops.
