Tried this wine last night:
1. Taburno Dd'OP Falanghina del Sannio (13%; GiulianaImprts/Boulder; www.CantinaDelTaburno.it) Foglianise del C.A.P. di Benevento 2018: Med.dark gold color; strong earthy/herbal/stony/mineral some floral/carnations/spicy quite attractive nose; bit soft/fat rather lush/rich fairly earthy/stony/chalky/mineral some herbal/floral/carnations/Falanghina rather interesting flavor; very long bit soft/fat slight metallic/tangy/stony/mineral some floral/carnations finish; a clean/well-made interesting expression of Falanghina but nothing profound; should improve some w/ age. $15.50 (KK)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. This comes from a 300+ member strong Coop in Campania. Next week, I get in my Ridge Falanghina and wanted an Italian version to have beside it. This one will do well.
