My first of a case bought recently from a library release; I opened it immediately before a nice pizza and it was muted for 1/2 hr. then really blossomed with great sweet cherry and full herb notesand wonderful tannins that had mostly resolved but were definitely there. There is no rush to open another but this version will never be a 1989 or 1990. I'll finish of my remaining by 2025.

2006 is a very enjoyable CNdP vintage. Not epic, just really fun to drink.
