And a Washington wine makes the list:

As does a Dirty & Rowdy wine, and one from Leitz!

Always a good read, though I am not searching for any of them right now due to massive, excess inventory.

I have that inventory problem too. I'm just excited to see a WA wine, and especially from a winery like RASA, get some recognition.

If I did not have 40% more wine than I should I would deeply explore Washington. Alas.

Similar situation, David. The wines purchased due to supporting small vineyards are mostly still here. So not particularly even tempted by the offerings of Carlisle, Bedrock (next week). And received an amusing e-mail from CIRQ. Since I bought none last year, I am wish list only this year. Well, at $150/bottle all-in I am just fine with that. No wishing.

It is nice to see WA wine featured, though. Our 2 bottles of Occam's are now gone. 10 other wines remain, almost all reds. So we're good.

But sometimes it seems that the only domestic wines recognized are in CA. OR and WA, in particular, have very nice options. Especially if one can score free shipping.

Enjoying the Broc Cellars Love Red right now. Very tasty, I love that they don't mind reds with acidity. Bright, a bit tannic, quite carbonic, but very refreshing. I paid $23 but that was from a nice restaurant selling their cellar.
