I opened this in late April. Labeled as 13.2% abv. This was from a .375 bottle. Golden color--golden leaf or golden sheaf. The nose suggests juicy apples. On the tip and bottom of the tongue I find tangy and puckery qualities. It strikes me as fitting somewhere between an apple cider barrel and an oatmeal-apple cookie. The mineral elements suggest polished rocks. There is material to grab hold of and savor on the palate. I would compare this more to Chassagne-Montrachet than to a Chablis but ultimately it is purely Sonoma Coast. (I posted on CellarTracker also.)

I opened a 2016 not long ago. Also very good.
Have you had any of the Ladd Cellars Chardonnays? I think you would like them.

No, I haven't had anything from Ladd Cellars.
