Champagne Solemme Profile

by stas.medvedev » Sat Jun 27, 2020 1:05 pm

I have just published an article with profile of vigneron in Montagne de Reims. He farms organically and follows biodynamic principles.
Small domaine happens to be the neighbor to Emmanuel Brochet.

Feel free to read the article and will be interesting to hear your comments. Has anyone tasted their wines before?

Stas,

One thing we need to address...your website appears to be a fee/membership model. Saying “feel free to read” seems a little disingenuous. We prefer that discussion on the WLDG be based on material posted here, or that everyone can always read without restriction.

Hi David,

Thank you for pointing that out. I publish my articles at Medium platform which belongs to Twitter. I really like the esthetics, the way my articles look like there. My understanding is that you can read up to 3 articles per month for free on Medium, so that shouldn't be a problem.

There is an option that I can use a so called Friend Link, so anyone following it will never be charged.
Let me update my initial post with this friend link.

I am not paid by the winemakers, I don't sell wine, I am not paid by magazines. I would love to be compensated for at least a fraction of what I spend on wine and later share as my blogs/articles.

I don't mind of giving it away for free. No problems at all.

UPD: I have updated the link, so it is now free for all.
