2014 Le Pich Napa Cabernet, given 7 hrs. of decant time might have helped. Very dark purple/black wine with a fabulous nose of herb and slight eucalyptus and maybe a touch of dust. More bramble than cassis on the palate adds lots of black fruit. Tannins are obvious but seem to be starting to mellow. My first of 6 bottles and glad I have them but will let the others rest for a few years if I can. abv of 15.4% but not "hot" at all. label is quite beautiful
