2001 Trimbach Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives - France, Alsace (6/13/2020)Opened for an afternoon Zoom call with Trimbach and Table & Vine. Delicious fro the first sip, and much better than my prior bottle, this showed all the classic spice, lychee and pineapple, with a lovely honey accent, and fresh finishing acidity. Captivating and far too drinkable. We blew through the bottle in an hour.
