Totally get that, though one of my tasting group friends told me he had recently exceeded 11,000 bottles in inventory. I felt better after that.

11,000? That's a buying problem! I know a few cellars twice my size but one that's around 6000. Is your friend speculating for future profits?

Nope. He just buys good wine. We have done a couple of trades, but he only sells stuff he decides he no longer likes.
