Martin & Anna Arndorfer Grüner Veltliner 2018 "handcrafted" - Kamptal, 12% abv, c.20€

This is good stuff. Slightly hazy colour. "Natural" but not too wild, still perfectly recognizable as GV with its peppery and herbal aromas. Juicy, vibrant and moreish, not a rich, fleshy style GV but rather a nervous, lean style - i.e. just the style I like. So I was pretty happy with what I started my weekend with.
I don't drink wine because of religious reasons ... only for other reasons.

Sounds lovely. Never heard of them, but I always like Kamptal Grüner.

We have been drinking the Kamptal in the summer for the past few years... great wine and QPR
