WTN: JeffCohn The Imposter '10...(short/boring)

Looking for something interesting to try last week, I dredged up:
1. JeffCohnWines The Imposter Calif RW (14.8%; www.JeffCohnWines.com; PetiteSirah/Syrah/Zin) Oakland 2010: Very dark color w/ slight bricking; somewhat hot/fumey/alcoholic/volatile strong blackberry/boysenberry/ripe jammy Zin-like rather oaked slight earthy somewhat oafish nose; soft rather hot/fumey/jammy/overripe/alcoholic very strong blackberry/boysenberry/very ripe/overripe/Zin some toasty/charred/oak flavor w/ modest oafish tannins; very long very ripe/blackberry/boysenberry/Zin some toasty/oak rather hot/fumey/alcoholic finish w/ modest coarse tannins; a rather hot/alcoholic/fumey overripe fairly oafish expression of Zin; not going to get any better.

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. The Imposter is Jeff's red blend that varies from yr to yr. It's like many of his wines and on the overripe/alcoholic side and not develop into very interesting wines.
