WTN Chateau la Tuiliere Les Armoiries 1999

I picked this up at my local store because it was marked down to $19.98 and worth a try. Now I'm going to go back and buy the rest. It was a bricked garnet color, showing a little age, with orange/pink edges. Coffee, violets, vanilla and cocoa made a balanced and delightful nose. Plums, berries and florals were balanced out by earthiness, anise, mild oak and tannins. Good depthy and a long dry smooth finish. My personal score is a 94.

Fantastic--a nicely aged Bordeaux on close-out, ready to go. Wish I found things like that where I live!
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
