Lockdown Wine #23. Opaque, violet, youthful. Dark chocolate, sweet black cherry, plum, blackberry, a little mint, coffee. Meaty, iron, dry, slightly elevated acidity. Oak well integrated, but there's still a green/wood character coming out that I didn't expect. Much, much better after about 45 minutes. Green notes disappeared and were replaced by milk chocolate and ripe black fruits, much like those on the nose. Soft tannins. Medium length.

I'm not really sure where this is right now. It seems like it can develop a bit more. Just good. I expected more.

53% Cabernet, 47% Shiraz.
Three be the things I shall never attain:
Envy, content, and sufficient champagne.
