Tried this EnotecaVinoNostro recent arrival the other night:
1. Janare Dd'OP: Falanghina del Sannio (13.5%; ToscoImports/Richmond; www.LaGuardiense.It)la guardiense/Guardia SanFramondi/Campania 2018: Med.gold color w/ tiny/tiny bubbles that form a mesmerizing swirl on the surface like a film; quite fragrant herbal/bit SB-like rather floral/rose petals/dandelions slight earthy/rustic lovely nose; somewhat soft slight tangy/metallic/grapefruity quite floral/perfumed/slight grassy/SB-like bit earthy/rustic bit hay mow/new mown grass quite lovely flavor; very long/lingering bit soft slight tangy/metallic slight earthy/rustic/coarse bit new mown grass/bit herbal/SB-like quite floral/dandelions/aromatic quite lovely finish; one of the most perfumed/aromatic Falanghinas I can recall; almost like a SauvignonMusque; attractively priced at $24.00 (EVN)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. I often find the Falanghinas from Campania a little on the coarse/rustic side. This one was not. Mastroberardino is regarded as the flagship Falanghina, but I've not yet tried it.
