2018 Giraudon Bourgogne-Aligoté
Bought a bottle; loved it, then ordered a case. I posted a glowing review which Dale W responded to; was familiar with the producer but had never been impressed like I was. So along came my case, and after several bottles I can say that they're just like Dale described--fleshy, riper, low personality. Definitely not in the same class as the singleton first bottle I'd liked so much.

2017 Domaine Arlaud Bourgogne Aligote..Day one: Nothing discernible on the nose, crisp, but not bracing or shrill, acidity in the mouth, some minerality, no detectable fruit notes as yet..not a WOW wine per se, but it is a food friendly everyday drinker, went well with a shrimp dish tonight, wd buy again, is reasonably priced

edited to correct date, my eyes ain't what they used to be

Day 2, 2017 Domaine Arlaud Bourgogne Aligote..nose pleasantly floral now with undertones of honey, mouthfeel still predominantly crisp, tho refreshing, acidity, with minerality and salinity..Definitely has improved quite nicely overnight..possible B+/A-
