- 2002 Domaine des Lambrays Clos des Lambrays - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Clos des Lambrays Grand Cru (3/26/2020)
From 375ml, this could have gone much longer, but it was open and showing a good balance of fruit and developed elements. Black cherry, turned earth, menthol, dried herbs, and a subtle hint of licorice were backed up by solid tannins. The fruit carried through the finish, and remained balanced. From full bottle I would definitely wait longer.

Great title.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
