First bottle of this in five years. It has shed some of it’s baby fat, but otherwise it is still very young. Grapefruit pith, seashell, salty air and pineapple ride a wave of back end acidity. It’s bracing, where earlier in its life the wine was a little too rich. Needs more time for development. Have a bottle five years from now.
