Strawberries, canteloupe, lemon tart and what another reviewer aptly called "happy acid", light spritz. Carried this to a local Italian restaurant to pair with blackened Hawaiian pink snapper (Opakapaka) in a cajun sauce. A perfect pairing. But there were three of us so I also brought:

And the last bottle (of a case) was the best! This rose rewards patience.
