WTN: 2005 Zind-Humbrecht Gewurztraminer Herrenweg de Turckhe

A medium amber colour, an identifiable Gewürztraminer nose with a sweet apricot overlay, some RS in the finish and could use a tad more acidity. For the first while there was a slightly bitter almond component in the finish, but that disappeared with time in the glass. 15% alcohol. Still drinking well but don’t delay.
