Tried this last night:
1. BlackSwift Calif RW (15%; 43% Syrah/38% Grenache/10% Mourv/9% CabSauv; www.bistuecellars.com; Winters/SuisunVlly) Carolina Bistue/BistueCllrs/Oakville 2017: Med.dark color; strong blackberry/strawberry/Syrah/Grenache some toasty/oak bit spicy/peppery fairly attractive nose; lightly tart strong strawberry/Grenache/blackberry/Syrah bit plummy/earthy some toasty/Fr.oak bit spicy flavor w/ light smooth tannins; very long strong strawberry/grenache/blackberry/Syrah light toasty/oak bit spicy/earthy finish w/ light gentle tannins; speaks mostly of Grenache; a bit lacking in structure or grip; a pleasant enough GSM bland but just that; not very distinctive; fairly priced at $23.50 (KK)

Interesting name in that BC also has a winery named Black Swift. No idea who was first with it, but you'd think everyone would want to be unique.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
