2015 Willi Schaefer Graacher Domprobst Riesling Kabinett #3 - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (10/6/2019)Pure impulse selection, and it’s really not the right time. Of course I knew that, but I wanted a bottle of Schaefer, and this was at hand. It’s very electric, with the 2015 acidity taking center stage. Still quite primary, with all those apple and stone elements, but of course no development so far. It’s all promise right now.

Only one Domprobst Kabinett in 2015 (and most recent vintages).
