2015 Keller Rotie from Sonoma Coast....a Syrah co-fermented with a bit of Viognier...smooth as silk wih great balance and obvious Viognier presence but lots of Syrah flavors....gulpable but also a wine to contemplate...better in 5 years.

Walter Hansel Cahill Lane Vy. RRV 2016 Chardonnay straightforward citrus/tropical fruit/mineral flavors with great acidity but recorked after mostly consumed and opened 3 days later to fabulous buttery/slight butterscotch flavors and still great acidity. I need to set some of these bottles aside for 5-10 years.

2016 Clos du Mont-Olivet "Cuvee du Papet" Chat.du Pape. This was the first bottle of a 6-pack and I could not resist. I should have. Very muted on nose and palate for the first 1/2 hr. and a bit volatile with 15% abv, the wine blossomed soon after and showed olive, garrigue/barnyard and black fruits that smoothed out as time went by. fabulous potential given 10 yrs.

Thanks for the report on the Clos du Mont-Olivet. It's been one of my favorite CdP domaines since I visited there 10 years ago. I'll be sure to keep my hands off my stash for a while.

Hansel chards have a great reputation. Butterscotch sounds more like oxidation or overripeness than what I'd expect, but still.
