WTN: Crazy Chester followed me, and he caught me in the fog

2013 Chester's Anvil Hattori Hanzo - USA, California, Napa Valley (8/18/2019)
This seems to be finally settling into a nice place. It's not mature by any means, but it has good definition, and carries its black fruit and spice tones very well. The structure is in balance with the fruit, there's a touch of silkiness, but it never goes over to the gloppy side. It's a touch plummy, but not pruney. Ridiculous value for $17 when Carole Meredith was blowing out the last few cases earlier this year.
