2001 Meulenhof Erdener Treppchen Riesling Spätlese - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (8/17/2019)At peak, with a lovely blend of sweet fruit, brown spice aged tones and a stony finsih. Hard to fathom that such a fun, ageworthy wine was just $17 when it was released. The “little” wines from 2001 are showing very well now.
