2007 Andrew Will Ciel du Cheval; very nice eventually but muted at first then opened to herb, sweet cherry and old leather. The nose was especially herbal. The herb seemed to morph into eucalyptus after time. Very dark/black color. At first I thought it was a year or two past prime then after 50 minutes it really opened up. Excellent now as I sip and write. my last bottle...14,5% abv
I will open a Sorella when the next auspicious occasion occurs.

Bravo on the title, I'm so jealous that I didn't think of that one myself!

I'm a fan of Andrew Will. The winery has struggled as Chris (winemaker/proprietor) has struggled with the untimely loss of his wife to breast cancer. His son is helping, but there's been some inconsistency. That said, when it's good it's GREAT. I recently bought a bottle of '99 Sorella at auction. In the cooler vintages, they age so well.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
