Tried these two whites that I picked up at Gomer's Mid-town w/ Kansas friends:

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. JoeSwick, a native Oregonean, is a natural winemaker. It certainly showed thru in the rather natty character the wine showed. This wine had a rather skin-contact character, though it was not made (at least the 2016) w/ skin-contact but direct to press. Melon de Bourgogne is, of course, the grape of Muscadet. Didn't find any resemblance to Muscadet save for the high acidity.
