rustic hot/fumey/burning flavor w/ light tannins; long very volatile/acetic/fumey slight herbal/CabFranc
finish w/ light tannins; way too volatile/acetic/hot/fumey/EA to tell much about this wine. $30.00
This btl was a replacement btl Bryan sent me. When we tasted the first btl, I was flummoxed because I've never had a flawed btl from Bryan. These were two distinctively different wines. What happened to the first btl..I have no idea. Can't believe a leaky cork would result in this high VA level. Probably the best thing is to blame KenZinns for not properly sanitizing the hose that fed into this first btl. That's it...let's blame Ken!! There goes his bonus for the year!!
