The best wine shop in Berlin is unquestionably Wine and Glass. Large selection. Top wines.

I used to like https://www.wineandwaters.de/ but they seem to have taken a different more commercial turn recently.
Lots of other good shops depending on the neighborhood. One of my favorites is Heimat Wein (https://www.heimatwein.com/), largely because the owner and I share similar tastes and a love of the Saar. He has a nice selection of artisanal producers, but unfortunately the website doesn't list all of them.

If you had been there in earlier years you could have gone to Maxim Bar a vins up the block for a nice dose of natural wines, but unfortunately it is closed.
However, I'm sure you know about Weinbar Rutz and Cordo (formerly Cordobar) for good food and good lists, not too far from you.

Is this a river cruise? I've done several along that route. If so, check your itinerary as you might be visiting wineries along the way, and most river cruise lines allow you to bring wine on board and consume it - and they'll gladly open your bottle and meal times - no corkage.
