2009 Dom Pérignon Champagne Champagne Blend
Drinking BEAUTIFULLY right now. Satiny mousse, persistent bubbles. Effusively aromatic with notes of lemon curd, apple, bear claw danish, and oyster shells. Lush and generous. Comparing to the Pierre Peters of the night before, I could really gauge what bottle age has done for this. Might not be a vintage to hold like the '08, but drinking right now is pure excellence.

Were you fit to be tied after drinking the wine?
