VanityFair: Welch's Grape Jelly With Alcohol

Must admit that VanityFair is not on my regular reading list, but this article:
VanityFair:TrumpWine
was one of the JamesBeard nominations, so I read it.

The article, by Corby Kummar, is yet another sad commentary at the dismal level of wine writing in today's World. In some circles, it would immediately be labeled as "fake news". Corby tastes thru the Trump wines and them proceeds to thoroughly trash them. And I'm sure the reportedly high quality of the wines has nothing to do with his views on them. This is simply just another attack on our great President. Looks like the JamesBeard awards are sinking into the political realm with this nomination.
But the "Cru" does sound like an interesting wine. It is a Ratafia made from Chard juice and fortified w/ Chard brandy. It's something I'd be willing to try, even at $34/btl.
Anyway, a read that many of the libtards out there will enjoy.
