I have been binge buying the highly acclaimed 2016 Chateauneuf du Papes but am a bit unfamiliar with young Chateauneufs. Here is the list of what I have bought recently and would like advice on which to open first. I would guess they could all use a long decant. I have six of each so can experiment without depleating a particular producer.
Clos de Pape
Janasse " V.V."
Grand Veneur "V.V."
Vieux Telegraphe "La Crau"
Clos de Mont Olivet "les Cuvee des Papets"
Bosquet des Papes "Chante Le Merle V.V. "
Janasse "Chaupin"
Grand Veneur "Origines"
My guess is one of the latter three wines but what do others out there think?

I think that's a lovely problem to have. I personally would give the Clos Mont Olivet at least five years, preferably 8-10, before opening. But I like some age on my CdP.
