Tried this over the weekend w/ Susan:
1. Julie Portaz-Barnat LeJumelles Apremont Dd'OP: Vin de Savoie (11.5%; www.TheSortingTable.com; Jacquere grape) Gerard & Julie Portaz/Chapareillan 2016: Med.yellow color; quite stony/mineral lightly floral/alpine flowers/apple blossom some fragrant attractive classic Alpine white nose; quite tart/tangy rather stony/chalky/mineral/savory light floral/white alpine flowers slight metallic flavor; very long tart/tangy/savory light floral/white flowers/apple blossom very savory/bit metallic finish; a tangy crisp/bracing/pretty classic Alpine white at a fair price. $22.00 (SFW&S)

1. This was a very pretty classic Alpine white. If you put your ear to the glass, you could hear faintly, over on the other peak, JulieAndrews piroutting thru the Alpine meadow and singing "The hills are alive....".
