NV Ulysse Collin Champagne Les Pierrières - France, Champagne (12/28/2018)Feb-2016 disgorgement
Shared this at a party, so I only took a small glass, but it was fresh, full of apple and citrus zest, and very elegant on the palate. The finished showed a touch of yeasty/bread, but overall this was still all about fruit carried by bright acidity.
