NV Valdespino Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Palo Cortado Viejo C.P. - Spain, Andalucía, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry (12/1/2018)Fabulous, rich, dry Sherry that showed a real depth of toasted nuts, dry honey, subtle spice and a hint of orange zest. I served it with French Onion Soup, and there were fireworks. The food and wine made for a match that enhanced both. Wonderful Sherry, that is also a great value.

Sounds fantastic. Where can you get it in New England? I noticed that the Rare Wine Company carries it, as well as its big brother, the Cardinal.
I was wondering what "C. P." means, and Google led me to this fascinating write-up:

Table & Vine had it. They no longer carry it, as they couldn’t sell it, except to me.
