NV H. Billiot Fils Champagne Grand Cru Brut Réserve - France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru (10/20/2018)It’s been eighteen months since my last bottle of this June 2011disgorgement, and it has crested the hill, for the trip down. It’s still quite tasty, but it is all about aged tones now. Not much of any fruit left, and nuts, toast and even a hint of Sherry dominate the nose and palate. Strong recommendation to drink up if you have this.
