R.I.P. Beppe "Citrico" Rinaldi

by Roberto Vigna » Mon Sep 03, 2018 8:09 am

Yesterday, after a few months of excruciating illness Beppe Rinaldi passed away. He was 70.
With him goes a great soul of classic Barolo, austere and reserved, an authentic point of reference for the Langhe who has always loved viscerally.

Sorry to hear this, Roberto! I think we met him when we toured the Langhe, didn't we?

Yes Robin, we went together chez Parusso, Ghisolfi, Rinaldi, and we had the very rare occasion to spend an hour with Bruno Giacosa.
