2010 Remy Massin Special Club Champagne; disgourged Feb. 2017. massive amount of tiny bead with medium body of apple and pear with some citrus in the background. extremely youthful but with great balance and acidity, will hold my remainders for at least 5 yrs. but will probably reach perfect maturity in 2030. abv of 12% consumed with shrimp scampi...nice match.....no indication of grape blend

Massin's website says the '10 is 60% chard, 40% pinot noir, while the '11 is 100% pinot noir.
