2012 Vollenweider Wolfer Goldgrube Riesling Kabinett - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (1/27/2018)Homemade Masoor Dal calls for Riesling, and the precision of this wine made it an ideal companion. Crisp apple and white peach fruit overlays salty minerality and a vibrant acid structure. This has not shut down, and does not seem like it will. Drink and enjoy.
